Aims:

1. To operate an open door policy which is inclusive for all women regardless of race, culture, age, sexual orientation, religious beliefs and disability.

2. To empower women to become self-sufficient.  To offer help, information and support to encourage women to take responsibility for themselves and their children in making life decisions.

3. To work in partnership with other agencies to offer best service provision to ensure women and children live safely without fear of abuse. 

Objectives:

1. To provide safe temporary emergency accommodation for women and their children fleeing domestic abuse.

2. To offer information and support to women who have or who are experiencing domestic abuse and to signpost appropriately.  

3. To recognise and provide a diverse range of activities to meet the emotional and educational needs of the children involved.

4. To encourage and empower women to determine their own futures and to help them to achieve their goals.

5. To provide information, education and to raise awareness of domestic abuse externally.

6. To strengthen and enhance our management and operational structures
