The Wales Domestic Abuse Service is a 24 hour first reponse service you may like to access as well as your nearest Women's Aid or if you aren't already accessing support or aren't able to contact your nearest women's aid.

Their friendly, trained Helpline Support Staff offer a rpofessional service and will understand what you are experiencing. They provide information on local services including:
